He specializes in car accident, personal injury claims and family law matters and has appeared before all levels of the court. Brett is a trained mediator and works with clients in the areas of dispute resolution and litigation, family law and divorce.
His activities in the community have included directorships with the Downtown Vernon Association, the North Okanagan-Shuswap Brain Injury Society and the Vernon Curling Club. Outside the office, Brett is an accomplished equestrian and horse owner spending much of his spare time horseback in the North Okanagan. He’s also a student of tai chi which he says helps him relax after long days at the office or in court. Winter weekends find him downhill skiing at Silver Star Mountain Resort.
